No RAW conversion
The web pass opens flattened pixels. A RAW file has to be demosaiced before it can enter this pipeline, which is the biggest Topaz Labs limitation for camera users.
Workaround: convert to 16-bit TIFF first, or use topaz photo when you need layer control.
No batch queue
Each file goes through the preview and export cycle on its own. A folder of 300 images means 300 manual passes through the Topaz Labs web tool.
Workaround: if the only operation is scaling, the topaz image upscaler route is simpler.
Motion blur stays blurry
The model can hide noise and sharpen edges, but it cannot invent the frames a photographer never captured. That is a Topaz Labs limit, not a prompt problem.
Workaround: for footage, use topaz video upscaling instead.
Text can hallucinate
Upscaling a screenshot with small UI text produces letters that look right but may be wrong. Check every label at 100% before you deliver the image.
Workaround: switch to Sharp at 2x and inspect the text zones before export.
